School Age
Mary Johnson Children’s Center is a nonprofit corporation which is dependent upon tuition fees to cover salaries and other expenses. Fees must be paid regularly and promptly.

Below is a link to the Summer 2024 enrollment forms. Please complete the forms and either email/scan the forms to school-age@mjccvt.org or bring the forms into our office at 81 Water Street in Middlebury. Completing and returning these forms DOES NOT imply that you are guaranteed a spot in our summer program. We wish we could accept all children, however based on staffing and classroom size, we are limited to the number of children we enroll.
