2023-2026 Strategic Plan

Thank you Addison County for helping the children, families, and staff of Mary Johnson Children’s Center in the creation of MJCC’s 2023-2026 strategic plan! The resulting document lays out our new bold vision and mission for the future of MJCC and can be found at the link below. This strategic plan is the result of the hard work and dedication involving dozens of staff members, our board of directors, former and current families, community partners, and you. Your voices were heard!

Behind the scenes, the plan includes what we want to achieve and the strategies we believe will help us get there. We have deployed important metrics and surveys to track our progress and hold ourselves accountable along the way. This strategic plan will guide MJCC in meeting its mission to nurture children and families of all backgrounds to strengthen belonging and well-being. We will continue to strive for excellence and to work toward MJCC’s vision of all children and families having access to high quality care and education to ensure they become happy, engaged community members.

We look forward to your support and  commitment as we strive to accomplish our goals.

With appreciation,
